bajl Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or depositing funds into the bajl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajl platform and close your account. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bajl (the "Operator"). Your continued use of the bajl platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on bajl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajl is an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by minors. Proof of age may be requested at any stage of your membership.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and be acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bajl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period currently in effect on your account.
• You must hold only one active bajl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.

bajl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. Account verification, including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Requested documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your bajl account. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent from your account. bajl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of bajl complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. bajl makes no representation that access to its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory.

All financial transactions on bajl are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajl supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, however bajl may request additional verification documentation for deposits above specified thresholds as part of its responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. bajl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets, or mobile numbers. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 2–8 hours during operational hours.

bajl reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. Processing times stated above are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional KYC documentation is outstanding. Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified player account may be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

All bets and wagers placed on bajl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all bajl products are set out below:

• A bet is considered accepted and final once confirmed by the bajl system and a bet reference number has been issued. bajl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement.

All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified bajl account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Accessing bajl using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajl staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the bajl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and layout — is the property of bajl or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bajl name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary to the Operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bajl content without express prior written permission from bajl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the settlement of bets on events cancelled, postponed, or abandoned due to circumstances beyond bajl's control.

bajl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

By registering on bajl, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
